• All appointments canceled 24 hours in advance will not be charged. From other cancellations or ‘no shows’ you will receive the bill at home. 

• Patients should check their insurance policy to what extent they are insured for physiotherapy. You can check the policy conditions with your health care provider.

• If the insurance does not cover the treatments, the expenses are for the patient. The prices that are applied are on the website on the ‘prices’ page.

• Changes in your insurance? Address change? Please communicate this immediately.

• If the physiotherapist that is treating you is ill or unable to treat you while having an appointment, you will be notified as soon as possible.

• Registered data is treated in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act (Wbp) and AVG.

• If you have any comments, ideas, etc, to improve our services, we would appreciate if you let us know. You can communicate this to us verbally or in writing (in writing via the contact form).

• If you have any complaints about the treatment or the way the therapist deals with you, you can make this known and discuss this with your treating physiotherapist. If a personal conversation or mediation by the management of Movamento does not lead to the result as desired, you can use a complaints procedure. For more information you can find the complaints procedure on the website. 

• It is not permitted to use / consult the computers without permission.

• The secretariat can be reached on business days from 8.30 AM to 6 PM. At other times we are more limited by phone. If the telephone is not answered, you will be called back. You also have the option to send an email to info@movamento.nl

• The opening times of Movamento are on business days from 8 AM to 9 PM and on Saturdays from 8 AM to 5 PM. These opening times depend on demand.

• Movamento is not liable for damage to and / or loss of property / possessions of visitors in the practice or within the immediate vicinity of the practice.

 

Household regulations training room

• Training is only permitted if you have made an appointment for this or if you have subsequently made an appointment with your therapist.

• You can store your coats in the waiting room or in the designated lockers.

• Only enter the training room with clean indoor shoes. Black soles are not allowed.

• For hygiene reasons, the use of a towel on the training equipment is required.

• Please leave the cardio machines clean and wipe them with the available paper towels after using them.

• Please clean up the materials after using them. 

• If there are any defects in equipment or materials, please report this to the physiotherapists present in the room.

• Smoking is prohibited in all areas.

• Consuming food and drink is not permitted in the training and treatment rooms. The use of a water bottle is permitted.

• Movamento is not liable for any physical injury sustained during independent training in the training room.

If one or more of the points above is not complied, Movamento has the right to refuse you access to the training room.
